Cancel a call invitation

Before an invitation is answered, its initiator can cancel it:

await OpenIM.iMManager.signalingManager
    .signalingCancel(info: activeInfo);

Use the complete SignalingInfo retained when the invitation was created. Future completion means the cancellation signaling request completed. The application should also stop its waiting state and release media resources.
